Why are your prices so cheap?

POP UP Cosmetics® is able to offer you brand name cosmetics at up to 85% off due to our massive buying power. We operate a wholesale company which buys direct from global sources and pass these savings onto you.

Do you sell genuine products?

Yes, we only sell genuine and original brand name cosmetics. All products sold are 100% authentic products purchased through our wholesale company with 14 years of buying experience. It is against the law to sell fake cosmetics. 

Where does the stock come from?

Through our wholesale company, we buy all of our stock from the United States, United Kingdom and Australian suppliers.  We do not buy from China.

Are the products old or expired?

No, we are part of a wholesale company which sells to other retail stores, so all products are within date.  No products are expired or out of date.

Do you have AfterPay?

Yes AfterPay is available on this website.  You can select AfterPay during the checkout process. 

Do you have any brands that don’t test on animals or cruelty free brands?

Yes we sell several brands that don't test on animals and are cruelty free.  These are Technic, Palmers, SUNKissed,  W7 and NYX - Vegan Friendly range.

Do you offer further discounts?

Unfortunately we can not offer further discounts.  Our prices are already heavily discounted and well under retail store prices.

All payments made on this website are secure and encrypted with the latest security protection. Look for the padlock icon or lock displayed in the web browser. This indicates a secure (SSL) mode where communications between browser and web server are encrypted. This type of connection is designed to prevent anyone from reading or modifying the data you exchange with the website. This website is also PCI compliant.

Are you affiliated or associated with these brands?

POP UP Cosmetics is not associated with, sponsored by or in any way affiliated with the owners of any trade mark applied to products sold by it or any manufacturer of the cosmetic brands.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS
- All orders over $50 qualify for FREE SHIPPING Australia wide.
- For all orders under $50, we offer a discounted $10 Flat shipping rate.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
- Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout which will depend on order quantity, shipping weight and shipping dimensions.  This is calculated during checkout.
- You can also see the shipping charge within each product listing if you are selecting just one product.

How much is shipping within Australia?

All orders over $50 qualify for FREE SHIPPING Australia wide.
For all orders under $50, we offer a discounted $10 Flat shipping rate.
Express shipping is also available for $15.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do.
International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout which will depend on order quantity, shipping weight and shipping dimensions. This is calculated during checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Within Australia the delivery tme will depend on where you are located.  We ship from our warehouse in Sydney NSW.

Delivery times will vary from country to country. You will receive the tracking details and the courier service details once your order is shipped.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This will contain your shipping carrier details and trackable shipping number.

What if my order gets damaged in transit?

We do make every effort to ensure all orders are securely and professionally packaged to ensure they arrive at their destination safely and intact.
However, regrettably it is not always possible to predict the duress to which products will be subject on any given journey.
If any goods were found to be faulty or damaged upon arrival, please be assured a full refund, credit or replacement would be provided and dispatched to your recorded address. 
We must be advised in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods so that these terms can be honoured.

REFUND & EXCHANGE FAQ'S

Do you refund or exchange?

In accordance to the ACCC law, we do not refund or exchange for change of mind or if you purchased the worng product.
However, if a purchased item is found to be faulty, we will provide a refund or exchange.

If a product is faulty how do I get a refund or exchange?

If any goods were found to be faulty or damaged upon arrival, please be assured a full refund, credit or replacement would be provided and dispatched to your recorded address. 
We must be advised in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods so that these terms can be honoured.

Can I change or cancel my order once I've paid?

Once you have completed your purchase and paid for your order, the order can not be cancelled. The reason for this is that after payment, the order is processed and sent to the warehouse for packing and shipment. 
The order has also been allocated to a shipper and unfortunately can not be changed.

Can I refund or exchange my order in one of your POP UP stores?

We do not refund or exchange for change of mind. However, if a purchased item is found to be faulty, we will provide a refund or exchange.
